- Weekly Teachings To Inspire You:Â Each week you will receive an audio teaching exploring different themes to reclaiming you. These will be easy to listen to on a walk, by the pool, in the car, or wherever summer takes you.
- Small Experiments That Wake You Back Up : These are NOT homework assignments. They are simple and fun “choose-your-own-adventure” experiments designed to move you out of autopilot and back into your actual life. Try one. Try all of them. Try them imperfectly. That is the point.
- Journal Prompts to Notice The Shifts:  You will receive journal prompts each week alongside your “choose-your-own-adventure” to help you notice what is shifting, what you desire, what you are releasing, and what wants to come alive again.
- A Circle of Women Who Get It:Â Real connection with women who actually get where you are. 3 intimate live gatherings designed to remind you that you are not alone in this.The circle is small enough that you will actually know the women in the room. Each one is 20% light teaching and 80% circle: sharing, witnessing, and real connection. This is where the experience comes alive. All calls will be recorded and available in your member portal.

Is there a specific diet I need to follow?
We don't believe in restrictive diets or eliminating tons of foods (we love protein, fat, and carbs!) and we want you well-nourished. That being said we teach whole foods nutrition, very much the way God created food to be.  You'll get recommendations for hormone-friendly functional foods to enjoy and a handful of problematic foods to avoid. That said, depending on your unique needs, we may provide specific food suggestions for you to experiment with and teach you to lean in and listen to how your body is guiding you in its nutritional needs. We share over 200 delicious recipes & easy meal ideas you’ll love!
What if I am a vegetarian, can I still participate?
While I believe that animal protein offers our bodies the best source of protein for tissue repair, blood sugar regulation, and essential amino acids if you are able and willing to get adequate protein from supplemental sources such as protein powders, collagen, eggs, and perhaps seafood, you can still benefit from the program as food is only one of the 9 modules covered; there are plenty of other areas of functional wellness for you to learn and optimize.Â
What if I cannot make the group coaching calls live?
No worries! All calls will be recorded and on your dashboard. There will be a way for you to post pre-call questions or topics you would like covered during the calls so Jen can address them even if you are not on live. We also will rotate the times of the calls to accommodate the different time zones and work schedules.
What if I fall behind in listening to the modules?
We get it! This is why we have scheduled 3 implementation weeks for catch-up as we know that life gets busy and there may be certain modules that you also want to take more time with or lean into experimenting with more before moving to the next one. We will also allow access to the modules for an additional two months after our program has ended.
I'm so busy! Will I have time for this?
As a busy entrepreneur, mom, and wife, I had other busy women (like you) in mind when creating the program. I've designed it so you get weekly emails guiding you through the easy-to-consume modules. There are no long videos, tons of audio or ebooks to download. The PDFs are digestible and actionable. I promise you will not be drinking from a fire hose!  The group coaching calls provide extra coaching and guidance as well as live Q&A but are not mandatory.  Most of our clients are action takers, get incredible results by diving into the modules, implementing what they learn, and enjoy doing the homework because they are excited to continue with the amazing results they receive. That being said, you do get what you put into anything in life and you are so worthy of taking the time to care for YOU throughout this program.  Your VIBRANT RISE awaits!
Will you be looking at my labwork in this program?
Level 2 includes a review of select lab work. While this program is centered around the core principles of functional wellness, I understand the desire to see your specific biochemical markers to inspire and motivate foundational changes. Level 2 provides a balanced option between the Level 1 package which contains no lab review and minimal 1:1 support and my comprehensive 1:1 coaching program.
Is there a payment plan, what payment methods do you accept, and do you take insurance?
You can either pay in full or choose the 4-month payment plan, or apply for Advance Care Card (a credit card that can only be used to pay for healthcare services and provides 15 months of interest-free financing). The payment processor we use is Stripe and we're able to accept all major credit/debit cards. Health Coaching is not typically covered by insurance. However, we've been able to accept FSA/HSA cards. If you would like to use your FSA/HSA credit card please email Jen at [email protected] as we will need to provide a different invoice for you for it to go through. Â It is 100% your responsibility to get approval from them. Every insurance company is different, so we cannot guarantee they will cover our services. We are able to provide you with a receipt for services rendered if they require you to submit one. You are generally able to use your FSA/HSA for supplements you purchase through Fullscript, our online dispensary.
